Your club account

We use your email and name to manage sign-in, orders and club communications. Participant names and birth dates are used to check age eligibility and manage family memberships. School grades are used for Baby class eligibility.

Waiver signatures

When you sign, we record your electronic waiver signature, full name, account email, signing capacity and signing time, together with the document version and consent statements accepted. Signed copies are retained and linked to online purchases. Staff-entered memberships may await a customer signature. You can view and download your signed copies in My club → Waivers.

When you sign, we save the waiver version, browser information and IP address when available as part of your signing record. Your PDF copy will be available in My club.

Payments and email

Payment details are entered on Stripe’s payment page. This website does not store full card numbers. Service emails are delivered through our email provider, Resend. We do not enroll you in marketing emails as part of registration.

Optional text reminders

If you opt in, we use your mobile number to verify ownership and send class, training-cycle and membership reminders through Twilio. We retain your consent and delivery records to manage this service. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are not shared with third parties for their marketing. You can turn texts off in My club → Notifications or reply STOP to a reminder. Reply HELP for assistance. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Text reminders are optional and are not required to purchase.

Your choices

Session cookies keep you signed in. A referral code may be saved in your browser for the current session. Contact the club to request access, correction or deletion of account information, subject to records that must be retained.
