Membership

Junior & Senior membership covers ages 18 and under or 62 and over; Adult membership covers ages 19–61. Membership includes open play during club hours. Coached classes are paid separately. Plans renew manually; there is no automatic recurring charge.

Classes and attendance

Table tennis and badminton group packages offer 8 or 16 classes. Daily classes begin January 20, 2027: table tennis runs 4:30–6:30 pm and badminton runs 3:30–5:30 pm, Massachusetts time. After buying a package, choose and reserve your own daily sessions in My club. Both package sizes share the same daily sessions, with up to 18 players per session. All package classes must be used within two months of your first class. Players are required to train at least once a week. Standard 16-class packages are billed as 15 classes. Pilates group classes last one hour, cost $30 per class before checkout charges and are purchased one session at a time. Members and non-members may book Pilates; class times will be published when confirmed. Group classes are limited to 18 participants. Walk-in trials can be used during regular training without booking a date. Baby and Team classes are booked individually. Baby classes are intended for the school grades shown on the listing; a parent or guardian supplies the player’s current grade. Membership requirements, lesson duration and all dates appear on each course. Buying a flexible group package does not reserve class dates; book each session separately. Other scheduled course purchases reserve the listed dates for the selected player.

Trial classes

Each new account may book one $19.90 trial class before the checkout service fee for one player, choosing either table tennis or badminton. The limit is shared across all players on the account. No membership is required. No date booking is needed: come during regular training and show your trial pass to staff. The purchase option disappears after payment; your pass remains in My classes as ready to use until staff marks it used. A full refund before attendance restores an unused opportunity.

Pricing and service fee

A 3% service fee applies to membership dues, registration and course/event purchases paid online after discounts. Cash payments at the front desk have no service fee. The fee is added and itemized in the final order summary before payment. Browsing prices exclude this fee. Membership freeze fees remain $15 per billed month, with no additional service fee.

The service fee is charged by the club and is separate from government taxes and Stripe’s processing charges. Existing orders retain the total saved when they were created. For membership cancellations, the existing refund formula applies to membership dues only; a full order refund returns the entire amount paid, including its service fee.

Registration and referrals

A registration fee is charged on the household’s first membership. On a first membership, a valid member referral code gives $10 off monthly membership or $50 off annual membership. These discounts can be combined with early-bird discounts. A paid or staff-granted membership unlocks referrals immediately, even before its start date. Eligible referrers earn 5% of the referred first monthly or annual membership’s actual payment after discounts as club points, excluding registration, classes, service fees and points used at checkout. Referrer rewards unlock 7 days after verified payment. 1 point = $0.10; fractional points preserve the exact reward value. Points are redeemed by the front desk for club services and merchandise and cannot be withdrawn as cash or used in online checkout. Referral rewards are reversed after full or annual membership refunds. Welcome points granted under earlier orders retain their original terms and are also reversed on refund. Spent points can leave a negative balance offset by future earnings. Annual gifts: Junior & Senior / Adult: 4 Pilates group classes ($120 value) included + 1 club T-shirt ($35 value) included; Family 2: 8 Pilates group classes ($240 value) included + 2 club T-shirts ($70 value) included; Big Family: 12 Pilates group classes ($360 value) included + 4 club T-shirts ($140 value) included. Arrange these with the front desk.

Participation waiver

The account holder must read and electronically sign the club’s waiver before an online purchase or joining club activities. Staff may record a cash or complimentary membership while the signature is pending; reminders continue until signing is complete. A parent or legal guardian must sign for a player under 18. A new waiver version or signing capacity requires a new signature. Signing does not make a payment. Signed copies are available in My club → Waivers.

Membership refunds

Monthly memberships are nonrefundable. Annual memberships canceled before six calendar months from their effective date receive 50% of the membership fee actually paid in cash, less used gifts ($30 per Pilates class and $35 per collected club T-shirt). From the six-month anniversary onward, no membership refund is available. Registration fees are nonrefundable. Discounts, points, course fees and freeze fees are not part of the refundable membership fee. The refund cannot be less than zero. Statutory rights and refunds required for club cancellations or payment errors are unaffected.

Membership freezes

Monthly and annual memberships may be frozen for up to two billed months per card per calendar year (Massachusetts time), including renewals of the same plan and participants. Each started month costs $15. Privileges pause from the selected start date until the return date, and expiry extends by the actual number of frozen days. Payment must be confirmed before the freeze starts. A freeze does not extend the six-month refund window or reschedule purchased classes. If a renewal is already scheduled, contact the club before freezing.

Other cancellation terms

The club is finalizing its cancellation and refund policy. Real enrollment will remain closed until it is published.

Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help, or turn texts off in My club → Notifications. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Scheduled texts are sent between 9 am and 8 pm Massachusetts time; delivery may be delayed by your carrier. Your schedule in My club is the reference for class times.
